Shadow Wonder Studios

My name is Haadiya Muhammad! I’m a digital artist looking to start her own studio in a few years time! Until then though, I continue to look for some industry experience as an illustrator. I strive to create art that dives deeper into all the special things that make up the human experience. My goal is to help people see the value in the little moments that make a big impact on our lives through my artwork. If someone appreciates life a little more after seeing my work, I’ve done a good job!

Of course there are also plenty of days where I like to draw weirdly charming things like people with TVs for heads! Even a strange concept like that connects people, and that’s what I’m all about!

If you are in need of a digital artist or illustrator, feel free to contact me! I look forward to hearing from you!

About Beep & Boop:

Compassionate and charismatic in nature, Beep loves to give free hugs and win over even the most stubborn of people with his lighthearted charm. He considers it his specialty! When he’s not making bad jokes, he’s basking in the warm sun on the beach downtown. Beep has always been an optimist and will stop at nothing to cheer up a sad friend.

Boop is much less outgoing than Beep. She’s very shy in character and typically keeps to herself. Despite this, Boop is more than meets the eye. Underneath her aloof actions lie a heart of gold. She’s the most loving and affectionate soul in town, even though most people don’t know it. Her kindness is her greatest strength aside from her quick wit and loyal nature. Honesty, faithfulness, and patience are all things that come naturally to Boop

I know they’re a little strange, but that’s what makes them so loveable! Get used to them because they’ll be famous one day!

My Art Journey

I’ve always loved 2D art. Growing up, anime has always been a major influence for me. I absolutely adored Dragon Ball Z, Pokemon,    Yu-Gi-Oh, and many others that still have my heart to this day.

I started off mostly drawing animals and weird creatures! Dogs and other canines were my favorites! Nowadays, I do my best to improve my people drawing skills. Every now and then, I still draw fun animals and other mythical beings like yokai

As time went on, I discovered the weirdcore scene. People with objects for heads was so fascinating to me, and it took over my art by storm! That’s when I created my tv head characters, Beep and Boop!

Here’s some of my art from over the years! Feel free to scroll through and take a look! ⇒

My Experience as a Children’s Book Illustrator

Currently I work as a children’s book illustrator for Allison J. Muhammad! She’s been incredible to work with and her feedback continues to help me improve my art! Her ideas continue to challenge me and push me outside of my comfort zone, and I learn something new with every call and email we share. Her management has really helped me grow as a person and an artist.

I work to create high quality illustrations for her upcoming children’s book series! First she supplies me with a variety of reference photos, and from there we discuss her ideas and concepts for the illustration. Afterwards, I work my artsy magic to create a full-sized piece based on our ideas! Then my work gets critiqued and I make any changes or edits to the piece. And viola! An illustration is born!
